How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mended Remedies → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not process cancellations directly — subscriptions are managed through Apple.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Mended Remedies purchase, and request a refund through Apple's process. We're unable to issue refunds directly.
How does the search work?
Mended Remedies uses semantic AI search — which means it understands the meaning of what you type, not just keywords. You can describe symptoms in natural language ("I can't sleep and my mind races") and get results from all 10 healing traditions simultaneously, ranked by relevance.
Is the content medically reviewed?
Mended Remedies is an informational resource, not a medical platform. The remedy and meal content draws from traditional practices and published research. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement or dietary change, especially if you have existing health conditions or take prescription medications.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile tab → Settings (gear icon) → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently and irreversibly deletes your account, all saved items, collections, search history, and meal plans. If you're having trouble, email us at support@mendedremedies.com.
Why isn't the search finding what I expect?
Try describing how you feel rather than naming a specific remedy or ingredient. The search works best with symptom descriptions like "brain fog and fatigue" or "bloating after meals". Specific remedy names work too, but descriptive language often surfaces better-ranked results across traditions.
Is Mended Remedies available on Android?
Mended Remedies is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap after the iOS launch is validated. Join the waitlist on the home screen to be notified when it's available.
How do I report incorrect information in the app?
We take accuracy seriously. If you notice an error in a remedy description, dosage, caution, or dictionary entry, please email us at support@mendedremedies.com with the name of the entry and what appears incorrect. We review every report.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not sell your data, display advertising, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Your search history, saved items, and profile data are private to your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
